3. Order Cancellation
You retain the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order with no financial penalty by contacting our team immediately via telephone or email.
- After Dispatch: If we have already dispatched the products, the standard return and refund terms described in the section below will apply.
4. Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

5. Refund Policy
When we approve a refund, we execute the process based on your original payment method:
- Online Purchase (Via Card): We credit the refund amount directly to the card you used for the purchase within 7 working days.
- Bank Deposit: You must send us your IBAN details via email. We process these bank transfer refunds collectively at the end of each week.
- Postal Product Returns: We initiate the refund process strictly after receiving the package at our facilities and verifying that the products remain in pristine condition.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Greek and European Law govern these terms. The courts of Rethymno, Crete, hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website or transactions conducted through it.
